At times, it seems certain groups of employees can feel siloed within a specific customer, role, or department
Re-orgs have made career path and work responsibilities a little unclear (roles evolving, and unsure if evolving in the way specific employees hoped/anticipated)
Small size limits promotion/growth opportunities to some degree. Though the company tries very hard to promote from within and increase employee's responsibilities as company growth permits.
Much of the direction/strategy is dominated by corporate HQ teams. Teams outside may feel a bit like passengers, or non very involved on key long-term initiatives, priorities, etc..
