Micromanaging from the top down -- leaders are extremely corporate and a terrible match for the product -- no vision or direction, extremely reactive and poor communication
Engineers and sales run amuck -- Too many engineers working on too many superficial projects. Sales pushing numbers that may not be realistic
Aggressive evangelization of culture -- HR is completely out of control. Massive amounts of time and money are spent on "experts" in current sensitivity issues in what is obviously lucrative business model. Overly politicizing culture in a pretentious attempt by senior leaders to appear "woke".
