Pros
Good culture/work environment. Interns get to work on their own projects. Good mix of hands on and data analysis/design work/report writing.
Cons
Company has been struggling for the past couple years. Interns seem to work at the company longer than the Engineering Dept Heads... Lots of quality problems causes the interns to do a long of repetitive manual labor instead of engineering work.
