You are left to your own devices to figure things out.

You are usually on your own with little supervision. Work environment is really relaxed as long as you finish your duties for the day.

It is a really small company. When one of my other coworkers quit, I was working alone. The day can get really long and boring. Often times, it didn't really seem like I was valued by upper management.
