Pros
Employee culture has really come into its own and is super positive, and it's honestly the first place I've worked that I feel good about walking into in the morning. The brand is growing rapidly, and there's good opportunities for cross-training and skill development, depending on the position. Competitive pay and a strong benefits package. Diverse staff, lgbtq-friendly. Management has been doing a great job of improving the production space and communicating with staff.
Cons
Difficult commute for some due to Washington Bridge, and start-up environment sometimes requires a bit of resilience to sudden spikes in demand.
