Pros
-fully remote, flexible
-competitive salary
-mostly nice colleagues
-nice product
-nice to work unless you join sales or CS
Cons
-CS department in very poor state due to incompetent leadership of the department and upper management ignoring this fact
-no feedback culture in the company. Management unable to give nor receive such. You will never know if you do things right or wrong one day they will just terminate you without any discussions
-fraudulent bonus system. Preliminary commission calculation was reduced by x4(!!!) times (they called it miscalculation) = manipulation of the commission system. No explanation on how the system works throughout the quarter however suddenly after reduction the explanation was suddenly found. Also since CSMs keep changing so often they simply end up paying no one for upsells/renewals.
-all CSMs take burn out sick leaves within a few months of work and management doesn't see a problem in it
-many simple basic processes are absent and have "in progress" status. According to previous colleagues, this status is permanent
-there is no team in CS working towards same goal, there are a few separate individuals fighting for their lives and own interests. Thats why the department will never work to its full potential. It was sad to observe.
-in the exit interview I was told by they are not the type of company who can give supervision. Nevertheless they have super high expectations they are unable to communicate nor discuss. If they had more competent leadership within CS, supervision would come naturally (this is a basic skill each leader must have) as it plays significant part in success of their team
-They say they want to drive aggressive selling but in fact there is nothing to upsell..
-many more red flags
