Good place. Could pay more - Program Staff Haugbeck Support Services Employee Review

HaugBeck is a great company that promotes person centered planning within the group home environment. It's is a consistent job that works well for college students or someone looking that's looking for fair company. They offer both PTO and benefits if you're working 30 hours a week or more, which is a nice perk. I also like the fact that annual reviews are based on performance, so if you work hard and advocate for yourself you will do very well.

Just like any job some day are great and some not so good, but the good days always make it worth it!

Fair wages- for this field Haugbeck offers an average starting wage. Flexibility in schedule- as long as you communicate with your manager and the office team. Friendly coworkers.

Training - the bi-weekly “training” could definitely be revamped. I would like to see more House specific trainings. All the training is definitely important but some areas should be focused on harder. Coworkers - a lot are college students who seems to just come for the paycheck, which can make your term at the company more unpleasant than it need be. Upper management - their case loads are 15+ clients each. Which makes their time short and to the point when with staff. I would like to see them reach out more to STAFF not just house managers.
