      Pros

      Some of the people are wonderful, mainly the rank and file. If you are good at your job, you will be promoted quickly. This is based on my experience, Wyndham now owns Hatteras Realty

      Cons

      Unfortunately, they will keep people in management positions who are detrimental to their departments.
