      1.Easy Interview 2.Good Pay as per Fresher

      1.Corrupt System inside the company. 2.Force Every Employees to call customer 100times whether you are in billing,technical or in any team to renew. 3.No proper knowledge of management. 4.Management wants only money not focused on service. 5.No proper work culture and work timings. 6.Everyone telling lies to customer.

      The compensation structure is good. you will get a good support from the management (seniors)

      Cons

      The work culture deteriorated significantly after Jio took over. There is little to no work–life balance. Employees face immense work pressure. Senior management has been in place for a long time, which limits the introduction of new systems due to a rigid and outdated mindset.
