I left corporate to get back into startupland at HATCH, and I couldn't be happier. I've been here for the last year and the growth we've seen has been incredible. If you're proactive by nature, this is a place that allows you to really influence a business end to end and bring your vision to life -- all ideas are welcome. It's also led by former corporate business leaders so is very analytically driven, which means you get a great balance of a business and insights-centered mindset alongside creative startup-level influence. Very familial and very fun.
Cons
It's a high growth startup at its core which means we're moving quickly and some people have a hard time with the lack of process along the way. We're actively scaling up which has expected bumps along the way.
