Disrespectful and aggressive employees. Unprofessional and rude HR director. Rampant favoritism, especially toward family members and close friends of management. Toxic work environment filled with drama and conflict. Unfair treatment of hard-working employees. Poor pay compared to the workload and stress. Lack of professionalism and fairness across the organization.
