      The people you work alongside. 4 - 10hr days a week.

      Cons

      Management they keep everything that affects you as a secret. Staying Over, being laid off, and labor shared to other departments that don't get done until later because they start later than your home department.

      Pros

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
