      Great people for the most part.

      Cons

      Received unstructured training which made it difficult to succeed. The manager took away hours worked illegally to not go into overtime.

      Pros

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
