      Harry and David is seasonal, yet you can learn any job you want to if your willing to learn and train in off season.

      Cons

      You have to wait three weeks for your first pay, it's only seasonal and working side by side with other employees that may not use good hygiene.

      Pros

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
