HFA really invests in the growth and education of its employees. They always try to promote from within and are willing to train people from within rather than looking externally, so it could be a great place to grow into a new career path.
Cons
It depends on the person, but the environment is cubicle-based and can feel extremely corporate and rather dry at times.
