Pros
This company pays more than most others in the area and they offer profit sharing to all employees. They also offer 401k and basic benefit plan.
Cons
The downside to this company is that they have almost unrealistically high standards and always want everything to be perfect. You will be told overtime is approved but at the end of the week the management will make you cut your hours so you don't get it. They will also cut hours in every department to a skeleton crew but still expect perfection and if it's not there you will be written up for it.
