Store managers - Deli/Bakery Clerk Harris Teeter Employee Review

We are understaffed and we work as best as we can to help each other at fresh foods but I guess the store managers have a problem with the associates who work very hard...They never appreciate the hard work we do but are always and constantly looking for an opportunity to find the smallest faults. It is sad and is very discouraging.
