Everyone is very close Time off when needed LOTS of overtime Great owners/manager
Cons
Because everyone is close there can be a lot of drama LOTS of overtime, not much work/life balance - owners and manager are family so spending 70 hours a week in the office is ok with them and therefore becomes kind of expected of employees too.
