Lots of turnover and a challenging environment make for plenty of opportunities to shine in the Harris Local Government division. A solid organization to develop new skills with and launch off from.
Cons
HLG low employee retention, management valuing recognized revenue over customer and employee satisfaction, and an aging stable of software products don't make for a bright future for HLG employees or prospects.
