Firm will reimburse CPA costs upon completion. Firm provides dinner every Wednesday during Tax Season. Up to date accounting software and modern office space (Meridian). Paperless, cloud based system allows ease of working remotely.
Cons
Disproportionate distribution of staff/seniors/managers leading to much cross over between duties. Unclear salary progression across promotions. Less presence than the Big 4 accounting firms
