Pros
Staff is great Patients are great Rewarding job if you enjoy this population The potential to do this right
Cons
1) HRG Our aquisition did not come with a warm welcome. We still have no idea who we work for. Our benefits are a joke/non existent. Four bucks for crap meals. No 401k match. No tuition or professional development reimbursement. One health insurance option. Staff holiday events come out of our pockets. I'd want to impress my new staff- they are everything to this operation. 2) The sales. To certain people, healthcare is sales. I hope this is just the mindset of some staff and not the philosophy of the company. The patients are "leads". 3) Blatant disregard- if a Doctor says a patient does not have proper records or that a patient is not appropriate to be here, that should the end of it. For some reason at HRG, a person with a Florida counseling certification can override the judgement of a medical provider. Consequently, patient safety is at risk, at the least. This also puts the licenses of all medical personnel in jeopardy, which are their livelihood. I don't know how you can disrespect anyone any more than that for a buck. 4) Can't even buy us a new printer. 5) zero education. A joke of an online class. Everyone is winging it. 6) they want to expand specialties- and there is nothing, nothing at all we've seen that makes anyone believe they'd pull it off correctly. The thing is, we want to be wrong. Please read this and probe the entire list wrong.
