Great residents for the most part. Very clean and nice facility. Pay is very competitive. Pay bonus pay for extra shifts double pay for holidays

Agency makes it a rotating door that you are unsure who you are picking up after. Lots of tasks on the nurses plate to try cover. Management can be inconsistent about expectations
