      Pros

      Snacks, exercise, getting outdoors, fresh air. Playing with the kids if that's your thing. Pretty easy overall if you don't mind being on your feet.

      Cons

      There is a lot of liability. If a child gets hurt then it's on you. Not enough pay. Guilt trip when you ask for a sick day. Picking up the slack for your co workers. Watching the directors take advantage of their positions. No one above cares about the work conditions for those below, even on site.

      -Standard benefits available -Great for those looking for experience in early childhood education -Great for college students -can be part-time and work with your schedule -Career progression potential

      -usually takes a long time to get support if students have special behavioral needs -Less hours available in summer time

      Pros

      The kids are so kind and fun to be with! You can get healthcare within one month of being there if you are full-time.

      Cons

      too many restrictions, too high expectations, terrible pay, part-time is awful because its stricter with attendance, etc
