Pros

When I was there, management wasn't breathing down my neck much. Maybe I was lucky, but it was very easy to get hired. The pay was okay at first.

Cons

Your pay is pretty much locked in based on how much you get paid when you are hired. A 3% raise per year. Don't even bother trying to argue with HR or management about it. This company is poorly managed from basically every angle. There are a few supervisors or middle managers who are actually trying, most are just buzzword parroting sycophants who barely know what is going on. They do not follow their own values that they tote about and they will lay you off for no reason, even if every performance review you have ever had has been perfect.

We appreciate feedback and take it seriously, even when perspectives differ. Our intent has always been to invest in our people and help them grow, and we expect strong performance, accountability, and professionalism in return. We benchmark compensation regularly and are proud that our pay, engagement scores, and retention consistently compare favorably to industry norms. While there are times when difficult business decisions must be made, those decisions are approached thoughtfully and with respect for the individuals involved. We remain committed to supporting development, improving how we operate, and building a workplace where people who want to contribute and grow can do meaningful work. Steve Dawson, CEO
