The succession plan revealed nothing but helpless leadership with no knowledge of customer base, employee needs or day-to-day working, and how out of touch they are with reality. Can't wait to either bail from this sinking ship or slowly watch it go down in the next few years (hopefully from afar). The "culture of service" has evaporated to the point that we'd rather save a buck than care for our customers to the slightest degree, even if it means losing them. Escalate this care to our employees and watch satisfaction be decimated, perks being stripped left and right as soon as they legally can be. I used to be proud of my job and my company. My manager has ripped my professional pride from me, making me despise every moment I'm logged in, and the new culture makes me ashamed to work for this soulless shell of a company. Keep your mind and soul intact, and work literally anywhere else.
