-The only training I received was video training, excluding the times I asked others to take me with them to market appraisal meetings (even then it was only about 30% of the time I would be allowed to go with them). -Only 1 person noticed I was struggling to understand things and offered support - A joke I didn't like was made of me and posted to social media before gaining my consent, but I pretended I had no issue with it
