Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience it may have caused. At Harbor’s Edge, we strive to foster a supportive and positive environment for all residents, staff, and their families. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us identify areas where we can improve. Please know that we take your concerns seriously and are committed to addressing them. Although Virginia does not currently require set nurse-to-patient ratios across all healthcare settings, we fully recognize the vital role appropriate staffing plays in ensuring high-quality care and supporting employee well-being. At Harbor’s Edge, we regularly evaluate our staffing levels to ensure they align with - or surpass - industry best practices, fostering a safe, efficient, and supportive environment for both residents and staff. If you’re open to further discussion, we encourage you to contact our Human Resources Department at hr@harborsedgenorfolk.com or 757.616.7932. We welcome the opportunity to listen and work toward a resolution. Thank you again for your feedback. We value your input and look forward to improving your experience.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! We're thrilled to hear that you feel supported and valued as part of the team. Your contributions truly make a difference, and we sincerely appreciate all that you bring to the table. We're excited to continue collaborating with you and wish you even more success moving forward! As for the "free paycheck program"—we're still in the experimental phase, so you'll have to settle for your regular paycheck this time. But don't worry, if it ever launches, you'll be the first to know—right after we figure out how to make money without working! 😂
