Pros

There are some good people working there still. Free lunches on Saturdays. Free coffee. Easy access to shopping. Lots of food choices nearby.

Cons

Where do I start? Lack or communication, lack of organization. Failure to respond to modern changes in sales industry. Long hours, poor pay scale. Health insurance is offered, but unaffordable, with $90 co-pay even for a single employee. Worst of all - dishonesty towards customers as well as employees.

Pros

Good working environment and view in St. Louis. Mostly friendly people around and good pay.

Cons

There have been times of holding back payments on important parts of the building that are needed for efficient functioning.

Pros

Depending on what area you work and who your manager is, you're hours may be flexible for interest in going to college.

Cons

There is terrible communication between management and employees or between Harbor locations. I started out there with a positive attitude wanting to do my best and as the years have gone on have given up on any optimism from the way employees are treated there. The moral of every location is very low. Suggesting ideas to management to help the company are immediately thrown out the window because the owners won't appreciate help from a 'lower status.' The only reason it was worth staying at for five years was being able to work 40 hours and they were flexible with my full time class schedule for college.
