Depending on what area you work and who your manager is, you're hours may be flexible for interest in going to college.
Cons
There is terrible communication between management and employees or between Harbor locations. I started out there with a positive attitude wanting to do my best and as the years have gone on have given up on any optimism from the way employees are treated there. The moral of every location is very low. Suggesting ideas to management to help the company are immediately thrown out the window because the owners won't appreciate help from a 'lower status.' The only reason it was worth staying at for five years was being able to work 40 hours and they were flexible with my full time class schedule for college.
