Pros

Casual work uniform. good insurance.

Cons

Upper management focus's way too much on sale's and number's instead of customer satisfaction. They would rather cut hours to very minimum and keep customer's waiting in line for over 10mins than staff properly. Breaks and lunches are not a guarantee, Most of our Assistant Managers and store managers clock out for their breaks but actually work during them because they are not allowed to leave the store due to not enough staff. Very poor communication skills between management and they are not trained properly. None of my manager's know anything about basic HR info. They promote a safe work environment but that is also a LIE. 75% of the time you are lifting boxes over 60lbs by yourself because you are in the store with only one other worker and one of us has to stay in the front to make sure customers aren't walking out with stuff. When I asked for help lifting a box my assistant laughed at me and told me I better get use to lifting boxes, that have a team lift label on them, by myself because we rarely have enough coverage to properly lift item's. This company is a joke. They care NOTHING about their employee's or customer's. Everything is about Number's and Money. And if you are not liked by upper management then you get treated like crap. My Advice... Do not work here.

Pros

Great benefits, fast paced environment, good teamwork. I liked the hours, you get an education about tools, whether from your coworkers or the customers. And speaking of the customers, they were on the better side for retail. Most are down to earth and easy to converse with.

Cons

Supply chain issues, many parts would never be replenished, despite being featured, advertised, and on display. That would often lead to tensions with customers. Aggressive time constraints on tasks. Sidewalk sales, holidays, and also coincidentally inclement weather days, can be quite busy and therefore stressful. Especially if there's call outs, but if you have a good management team, you'll have good staff that will want to work for them.
