Hours are all over the place. One week you might get 30, the next you might be lucky to get 4 hours. On weeks you do get good hours, shifts can sometimes be scheduled without enough time in between them to get proper rest.
Trucks are now processed during the hottest part of the day here (can reach 110+ temperature outside, trailer is typically hotter). Stockroom is too small for the amount of product received. Product can end up in front of stockroom shelves on the floor due to lack of space at times, which can be a potential safety hazard.
Stuff like price changes and planograms seem like a lot of time is wasted on unnecessary changes. Most price changes aren't actual changes, just swapping color and text on the labels. Planogram guides seem to not be proofread well before they're posted for stores to set. Errors range from minor measurement issues to product overlapping in the pictures in ways that it can't physically fit in the space as shown.
Logistics was told more incentives to earn more are coming a while back, and nothing has happened. We still only occasionally end up on registers, so don't have the same amount of opportunities to earn spiffs as sales associates.
