      Very warm coworkers, hours are flexible as long as you are clear before the last second, great pay, also very accommodating for University students

      Very rigid hours as they only offer programs after school

      - Really laid back and friendly environment - Get a lot of independence right out of the gate (teaching classes yourself, one on one tutoring) - Super flexible with your schedule

      Cons

      - Only get compensated for gas one way if you are teaching at a school
