Pros
I worked here for over two years - there are annual reviews; anyone who has actually been here for more than one year will agree and know that. During your annual review, you are pretty much guaranteed at least a cost of living adjustment, plus more if you are succeeding. There are a lot of paths you can take if you have the initiative to put together a proposal and try. I saw a few people start a side project but never did anything with it so it fell flat. If you are self driven and like taking stuff on, you will THRIVE here. It's a great supportive environment - but you have to be able to speak up for yourself.
Cons
It can be difficult at times and will be stressful. This is a job and you are not going to be handed things because you want them. You have to work and put in effort. The CEO can be harsh at times but it's nothing worse than I've seen at previous jobs.
