Pros

+ A 36 year old company with huge experience but at the same time start up feeling. Offices all over the world (small ones but still), it means an interesting international team from all cultures. + The best for me: superflex working hours. Yes, in an international company I sometimes have to be available in the evening to talk to Australia or at 7 am to reach New Zealand. True superflex also means: Earlier this week I had a 3 hours lunch break, to meet a friend for lunch and some shopping! Last summer I could - without any approval needed - take half a sunny day off to go kayaking, just because I wanted to. Yes - the hours I missed, I had to work in again some other time. That is the flipside. It is freedom with responsibility. But if you know how to work that system, it is fantastic. I can no longer imagine working otherwise. It allows us more quality time with each other and the kids.

Cons

- If you are a person that likes routines and that your day always looks the same, this will not be your company. The international presence alone means that you from time to time you need to be available evenings to be online at the same time as your colleagues on other continents.

Pros

Get to travel, meet great ppl from around the world

Cons

The CEO needs his ego stroked at all times and gets jealous very easily - always needing to be the main character in the room. Narcissistic, sadistic and animalistic in his nature, if you possess certain qualities he lacks, he will automatically hate you because he feels his intelligence compromised. Get ready to be demeaned, insulted and screamed at daily because he will try to break you down until you leave.
