Pros
Base pay at first... until you realize bonuses are very rare and salary increases (if any at all) are stingy and 2% tops. After you're hired, then you're stuck with no raises or paltry ones.
Cons
Where do I start? Culture is a complete disaster. Forget about job security. Turnover is rampant. Company has fired many, many people. Family management has no concern about employees. If you are not family, forget about it. Ethics are not here. Very old school technology and operations. Management by fear. No teamwork atmosphere. Poor reputation of this company is well known. Company does not invest in employees' well-being or advancement. Work environment is extremely old and dirty unless you're a handful of senior executives. Owner and senior executives attitudes/actions are very poor and disrespectful. Communication and leadership is non-existent. There are no performance reviews. Everyone gets the same annual raise...if there is one. Medical insurance coverage plan is poor. Can't say enough bad things about this company! Horrible!
