-Good opportunities to learn and develop new skills if you are proactive. -Overtime opportunities are available, even for salaried employees. -Exposure to a wide range of manufacturing and automation projects

-Management can be challenging, with limited opportunities for non-Korean employees to advance. -High employee turnover due to lack of competitive raises and career growth. -No climate control in some areas; working conditions can be uncomfortable during extreme temperatures.
