I was dumb enough to believe the hype that the company was exploding & couldn't keep up with all the incoming sales & was looking to rapidly open offices all over the country. I ignored the claims of planted good reviews( which I found to be true). Since then I have seen at least 6 major restructuring changes(hard to keep track) a new sales plan/commission that is a bigger joke than the last. You will be lucky to make a third of any commission they claim you can make regardless of what you do. In the last month alone nearly half the sales force has quit so far. The few people that were let go were done in an unprofessional public manner to leave no doubt that they were being let go and not leaving. They even said one person was dealing with too many health issues and that was the reason they let them go and they wanted it to be clear. The people that were loyal to the company for years and did a great job weren't even acknowledged as leaving let alone appreciated. They threatened layoffs if we didn't sell more in 30 days and when we met the goal they had us sign off on a new compensation plan that paid us less retroactively before we saw what our paycheck was going to be.
