      Striving to be better, the company has been through a lot of changes. Still need to improve, specially customer service.

      Cons

      Too much politics, no recognition, abusive, inconsistent, micromanaging. You need to "know" somebody in order to advance to higher position.

      Favoritism in promotions, HR looks away at unfair practices, hiring of incompetent associates, some managers bully and intimidate, pay below city average for positions. Overworked and overloaded.
