1. There’s an extreme amount of favoritism within management. 2. Tell the HR something in confidence & somehow everyone knows. 3. The managers are gossiping with each other , openly crap talk coworkers in the open. 4. People that don’t do any type of work seem to get a lot of credit. 5. Managers really just abuse their powers. 6. Only managers’ pets get promotions. 7. Don’t expect to get a higher position or pay for years .
