Pros
Loved working with the kids. Hours were good. The management was good.
Cons
I worked for them a little less than a year. They do not care for the staff or parents, nor the well being of the students. They jack up the tuition without notice. They leave classrooms with more kids and they should have. If there's a problem with someone quitting or whatever they tell the management they need to figure it out instead of giving them help. My first check I wasn't able to cash because there's insignificant funds in their account. The second time I had issues with them there wasn't enough to cash my check. So I had to spent my whole lunch break waiting on them to figure out how to cash my check. Checks have bounced. They tell you you can't cash your check. They make you wait until 6:30 to pick up your check. You get paid on the 15th and the 20th. They also are telling their employees they wanted him to have direct deposit a big mess up happened with that so then I'll tell you you can't have direct deposit. They want you to do your job plus everyone else's job it will eventually wear you down. If you put your two weeks notice in and work out your two weeks. The handbook says you will get paid your PTO they WILL keep it don't expect it! If you leave early they will make you minimum wage so I'd make sure you work your 2 weeks for at least. They constantly lie about things and then turn around and do something different. They have multiple daycares and they are all having the same issues. They barely feed their kids food they get one fourth of a tortilla and a veg, for breakfast they got like 1 French stick and fruit each. Most of the time there's not enough to give any child seconds. The teachers gets fed the same serving size as the kids. Granite they do follow a food program, they're serving suck!! I do not recommend this for a job or students.
