Pros

Since starting two years ago, Handle have welcomed me with open arms and made me part of their family. While the company is growing, hiring new staff and moving into a bigger office space Handle will still make you feel like family even the day you leave. They will listen, help you progress, advise and support you with your career progression.

Cons

There are non with Handle.

Pros

The one thing that will always make people join Handle is their name in the market and the brands they have worked with. Unfortunately alot of this is historic and legacy, and if not a director of a team, your not about to get any of that business, in fact you will be fighting your TEAM members to not screw you over for business.

Cons

Constant internal politics with team members and never having the backing from your manager as they too love the drama. Directors being so out of touch with recruitment in this day and age. Confidentiality in the work place? Non existent your business is passed around like hot cakes. Progression? Only if it doesnt threaten anyone else. Lets not forget the bad mouthing and character defamation that exists once you leave the business. Shame really as once upon a time it really was the place to be.
