This is a small electric company trying to be a BIG electric company player. If you ask the owners they are the best at everything. The husband/wife duo is what's going to bring this is business down. Both are extremely entitled and expect you to drop everything to help them. You can't work there with out knowing someone in the family - like being there nanny, being on of their sons friends, etc. There's no room for advancement whatsoever. They pay bottom dollar and expect top dollar work.
