Pros
1. Will get the opportunity to work with developers from different countries. 2. Flexible timing.
Cons
The company laid off the entire workforce from India, refused to share their termination letter to save the severance money, and forced the employees to resign themselves. For a few employees, they had a contract that if an employee was laid off the employee would get to keep the assets, But after the layoff, the HR and management team called multiple times to return the systems and when the devs said no to the request they side "You are not laid off you are a part of the non-tech team now" which gave the developers no option then to resign themself and return the systems. When discussed the situation with the Reporting manager, got the answer that "I can't do anything all this is handled by the CEO itself." I highly advise anyone not to join this company as the HR and management are full of non-professionals who don't value any contract of words.
