Pros
Professional behavior of employees; to a point it all sounds too robotic.
Cons
Product based company that feels more like a service based setup. Hammoq Infosystems is the India entity of Hammoq Inc [USA]. Work is outsourced to cheaper labor in India, Egypt etc. from Hammoq Inc. Senior Leadership both in India and the States [CxOs] are pathetic [ They sound professional but I found out the hard way it is just to lure people ] . They can lie about you behind your back and can over-promise and under-deliver . I was hired as a core member of the team (when they were 9-10 people) and was promised equity etc. after 6 months, during early and critical stages of the company as a startup. They made me work as Team Lead with no clear boundaries on the technical role I was hired for. I developed multiple vision/deep-tech based api's and pretty much built their "MV" team and its processes, including hiring more people and a gamut of other non-technical and managerial responsibilities, with the hopes that they will live up to their promises. I was pretty much heading the whole AI efforts of the entire company. However, having exploited me fully, they then offered like one hundredth the amount of shares initially promised. I did not take it and left. Also, in one of the calls I raised a concern that most of the people in the tech team are male (at the moment like literally 100%). "We can't compromise on quality" came the quick response from the Senior Project Manager.
