Pros
Very nice facility Lots of outdoor activities in the Reno area
Cons
- Very simply put, it’s not a good company to work for. - There is a cap on performance raises no matter how good of a job you do. This is great for the owner’s bottom line profits but it removes all incentives to preform. - There is huge dysfunction between departments. That competitive edge that keeps things interesting has long ago disappeared at Hamilton. It has been replaced by mistrust and infighting. - The inefficiency that results from the ancient data management system Hamilton uses is hard to believe. - Healthcare is basic and there is a dangerous issue with third party underwriters denying coverage on procedures ordered. - Hamilton matches your 401K contribution ONLY after you have been employed for 5 years.
