Pros

Great benefits, above average salary, opportunity to learn and grow, investment is made in office environment and technology. Great location. I learned a lot. Was treated well, but also treated very poorly. Leader is charismatic, but also alienates clients/prospects.

Cons

Unfortunately, this company is very dysfunctional. Yes, you will learn a lot and have the opportunity to grow, if senior management likes you. The "favorites" game is played extensively. There is a level of excellence that crosses the line and becomes very unhealthy - nothing is ever good enough, even when the work is great or you're an outstanding or favored employee. Employees are routinely berated and embaressed by upper management in front of others. Hires lots of young impressionable women. Confident, experienced men on the payroll are rare. If JL doesn't think he can "control" you, you're out. You can gain "boot camp" experience here, but you will pay a price.

Pros

- plenty of OT - easy job -weak attendance policy

Cons

-incompetent micro managers -performance doesn't matter, who you talk to does -ridiculous and stringent rules -low pay I worked here for 8 months and was a top performer. I had attendance issues as I was also a full time student but always worked within the system and made up my time missed which is in policy. Job was a lot of fun, great managers and great co workers. Then management changed. "Visitors" from corporate came to town and all of a sudden it was micro manage central, people there for months fired for crossing their legs on a call. I was a coach and considered one of their "go to guys". Later found that was only the case because they were short on coaches. As soon as they had more coaches I was taken off of that because of a write up from 2 months prior about "a bottle on my desk". Even though I helped many new hires through their training with a smile on my face, I wasn't one of "them" so they cut me. One day I got my second bad monitor in 8 months and i reacted upset and flung my headset to the floor. The next day I went on vacation for my birthday and got a call that I was fired. No "last and final" warning. No nothing. No respect. Because management doesn't respect you here, not in the least.
