I worked here for 8 months and was a top performer. I had attendance issues as I was also a full time student but always worked within the system and made up my time missed which is in policy.
Job was a lot of fun, great managers and great co workers. Then management changed. "Visitors" from corporate came to town and all of a sudden it was micro manage central, people there for months fired for crossing their legs on a call. I was a coach and considered one of their "go to guys". Later found that was only the case because they were short on coaches. As soon as they had more coaches I was taken off of that because of a write up from 2 months prior about "a bottle on my desk". Even though I helped many new hires through their training with a smile on my face, I wasn't one of "them" so they cut me.
One day I got my second bad monitor in 8 months and i reacted upset and flung my headset to the floor. The next day I went on vacation for my birthday and got a call that I was fired. No "last and final" warning. No nothing. No respect. Because management doesn't respect you here, not in the least.
