Pros
Good equipment, maintenance was great. Home Time was very good. I would usually get home Friday morning and did not leave out until Monday AM.
Dispatch was good, not perfect, but they worked hard to get me what I wanted and never left me hanging. In two years driving for them I only had a handful of issues with loads.
Cons
Pay isn't the greatest. But with their bonus program, it's not terrible.
