Pros
Halter is one of the best places I have worked. Here are a few reasons why; - Challenging and high-pressure work that is solving real problems. - The team and people at Halter are smart, and genuinely good people. - There is a pointed focus on performance and results. - People care about the work they're doing, and the people they're doing it with.
Cons
Like everything, Halter is not going to be for everyone. It is challenging work and incredibly fast-paced - I personally have thrived and grown immensely in this environment, but I appreciate it won't be for everyone.
