Hallmark is a great organization to work with a clearly defined mission and vision for the future. I feel rewarded in that my contribution is making a difference not only to organization as a whole, but to the students we serve and the community at large
Cons
Hallmark has invested heavily to support the vision for the future over the next 5 years. As a result of the numerous goals the University has mapped out over the next few years, it is a very fast paced environment. This requires teamwork and agility across virtually all areas of the organization to achieve success. This environment can elicit great result, unfortunately individuals not suited for a fast paced environment with cross departmental collaboration will not fit in the culture.
